Beeswax Vinyl Daily — April 24, 2025

Non-musical history for today: 1800 – The United States Library of Congress was established when President John Adams signed legislation to appropriate $5,000 to purchase “such books as may be necessary for the use of Congress.” It’s a wonder the Cheeto-in-Charge hasn’t dismantled that, yet, leaving only his and Rush Limbaugh’s books.

Music history, album anniversaries, birthdays, and deaths for April 24.

Recorded in the Omniverus Podcast Studios at Liberty Plaza.
