Non-musical history for today: 1567 – Mary, Queen of Scots, was forced to abdicate and be replaced by her one-year-old son James VI. She, too, was a young royal. Basically, from the moment of her birth, she was Queen. But that was only 22 years before she was removed. She lived for another 22.
Music history, album anniversaries, birthdays, and deaths for July 24.
Recorded in the Such-N-Such Studios at Liberty Plaza.
